1. Final Sale Policy

Due to the highly organic nature and limited refrigerated shelf‑life of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. Orders may be canceled only before they are released for shipment.

 

2. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via Priority or Next Day Air through UPS and/or FedEx. Delivery timelines are controlled solely by the courier.

• No refunds will be issued for courier delays, access issues, or re‑delivery attempts.

• Products are packaged to maintain safe temperature for up to 73 hours, depending on weather conditions.

 

3. Responsibility After Delivery

True Juice Detox is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, discarded, or spoiled after delivery. No refunds will be issued for products that spoil due to delayed retrieval or lack of timely refrigeration. Customers are responsible for ensuring packages are brought indoors immediately upon delivery.

 

4. Product Experience

Because individual responses to natural products vary, no refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with personal results or experiences. Diet, lifestyle, and medical history all influence how each person responds to juice cleanses or sea moss.

 

5. Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives incorrect, notify us immediately.

• If the error is on our part, we will provide an appropriate refund.

• We do not re‑ship missing items. Please verify your order upon arrival and refrigerate all products promptly.

 

6. No Health Guarantees
